Employees today have lost sight of what keeps them employed…
That is a truly ignorant statement. Without controls on the devices you use and the data you access with them, your company will fail and you will be out of a job. So, stop complaining that you can't put you password of 3 characters on a sticky note under your keyboard, or that you can't logon to World of Warcraft from your office network, or that those pesky IT guys blocked YouTube (chances are it was your HR dept. that made that decision anyway). Shutdown solitaire, and FreeCell (your win/loss ratio probably sucks anyway) and do your beloved company a favor and earn what they pay you for. After all, the only reason that you feel like you are being babysat is because your behavior probably warrants it.
