Hi Guys,
I've been in IT industry since 1993 but I'm from poor country (Sri Lanka). Most of the time I worked in hardware and I like more in to hardware and networking I've done my MCP in NT4.0 and MCSE and MCSA in Win2K but I don't have much working experience and I haven't done my computer education for long after I quit from my employment after 2002. I need to start up my IT career again. What is the best way to start and I need it to start ASAP because my age is now 31? Please help me out.

Use the Internet to find employment sites specific to Sri Lanka like http://www.topjobs.lk/ or whatever region you are seeking to find work in.
