The Consumerist won't let up on Verizon (not that it should).
Yesterday it was the guy who had to call 115 times about his FiOS service.
Today it's the state of Maryland jumping down Verizon's gullet over its abysmal record in terms of not keeping appointments: 20% missed in five of the past six months.
(Update: Verizon tech sets fire to house.)
Best part of the post is the photo labeled: "He's got 'Verizon Face.' "
"See the expression on PSC Chairman Steven B. Larsen's face as he listens to (the Verizon guy's) testimony? That's called 'Verizon face.' It's the face you make when you have to deal with Verizon."
Priceless.

Verizon hemorrhoids
Having dealt with these guys for quite a long time, their customer service is mediocre. And based on my dealings I can't say that I've experienced any face-related issues, but more the opposite. Verizon is a pain in the hemorrhoids
