Microsoft's prices have always been geared to be affordable for the masses. Given that the average enterprise refreshes its desktops and software every three to five years, this equates to $540 per user for a three-year cycle. Will that save you money over the per seat licenses you pay now for Exchange? Do you have any concerns about data portability?

A small business perspective
i assume MS's "bundled" offering will means unintegrated bare bones sharepoint, exchange and livemeeting. this will require some implementation from small businesses before they have a usable product. it would be better to go for integrated messaging + collaboration solutions which have been at it for years - for example http://www.hyperoffice.com
How About Something Free
I think the move lately however is to increasingly free online CRM systems, instead of large software expenditures that can end up costing a fortune and way more than a company intended. http://www.octopuscity.com, for example, is a free web-based crm system / contact manager that’s taking quite a different route from the large and costly CRM software systems.
