I replaced a wireless b with a wireless N and a new adapter in an attempt to gain more range but it did not work so well. I wonder if there is a DD-WRT version for wireless N yet.

Fantastic Cisco system
I'm new to Wifi, but a little bit of due diligence helped me get this WRT310n and i'm on line, with lotsa help from LELA. Speeds are great, WPA Security may be under control by Cisco, one upgrade completed. Definitely a better bet than all the a, b & g WLAN routers than are SANS any automatic security system that is very relevant given the security situation for WLAN in India literally since yesterday.
