Hey readers, running distribution centers is tough! Don'y blast Netflix for this, they are handling it well. I run the software that enables SugarDVD.com (adult DVD rental by mail) and shipping dvds for rent is complex. Kudos to netflix for being on thop of this issue!

Netflix: STILL better than Blockbuster
Normal Netflix turn around for a movie is 2-3 days, on average. Thats pretty F#!% great!!! So you know their distribution centers work. They are already going to credit those affected by this issue, so they have taken responsability and are working around the clock to fix this. CHILL...all we be back to normal soon. And don't forget about Instant Watch! There are a ton of new movies and TV shows online for instant viewing. Check your Queue, you may be waiting for movies that have recently become available online. How can you complain about a 30 second wait to watch a movie?!?!
Nobody should defending
Nobody should defending netflix on this issue. Their complete service outages are worse than just about every other company in every industry. The incident earlier this year was astonishing. Having it happen again? Completely mind boggling. IT staff should definitely be losing their jobs because of this.
As for on-line viewing, that service isn't available to their Macintosh using customers.
