Is this per capita? Or total?

Being that Verizon is the largest carrier, and Sprint is much smaller, this survey would be skewed heavily toward Verizon if we are only counting the total number of responses.

This leads me to the question: Is this survey based "per number of users for that carrier" or is it "total number of respondents"?

Not surprised by Sprint & ATT rankings

I'm not very surprised by Sprint & AT&T's rankings. Sprint is insufferable and AT&T is indifferent; neither seem to care about their customers.

Per capita has nothing to do with it

0

The ranking was based upon survey of the users in the major market. Sprint was last in 20 of the 23 markets. Obviously their customers were not happy based upon their cust sat, etc. They obviously identified if they were VZ or Sprint or AT&T customers already

AT&T Ad's

I guess this goes against the AT&T ads - "More bars" - If they keep it up less customers

"More Bars in more places" means you can take an AT&T phone to over 150 counrties. Verzon is domestic only.

RE: Is this per capita? Or total?

I would think that this has to be in % of customers interviewed for each company... if not the results mean nothing.

Verizon Layoffs

It's funny how Verizon is making all these improvements but yet somehow hid the fact that they laid off 30% of their Telecom Management Staff 11/28/08. Non one reports this.

Verizon phones include global reach

The statement that Verizon is domestic only is untreue.
Many Verizon phones work on global networks. A great example of the newer ones is the BlackBerry Storm which has a quad band transceiver, which works in GSM and other overseas networks. The Verizon has had global phones and service for several years.

verizon wireless and telecom are different sections within verizon. they don't manage the wireless sector.
